Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder
- At least 5 years of experience leading a team to run entire Sales operation with a renowned Automotive distributor/brand.
- Highly analytical, Business Acumen, Strong in numbers (COE quota, Sales performance, Market Competitiveness)
- Strong Leadership and Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Someone who is able to represent the organisation's corporate image.
- Confident, wiiling to learn and perseverance.
