Job Responsibilities:
· Consistently provide unexpected and unrequested service to create an outstanding experience for our guests, leading and encouraging the team to do the same. Greet, check, farewell
· Set a high standard in all performance aspects of the job
· Meet, greet, and lead guests to their seats
· Maintain the grooming standards of team members
· Ensure the total supervision of team members
· Assist in effective rostering to ensure all regular service and events are adequately covered
· Present bills and collect payment from the guest
· Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
· Respond promptly to guest inquiries
· Ensure the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment in conjunction with the maintenance manager
· Undertake any other duties as requested by the Manager
