- Have knowledge about turkish food cuisine
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Must be able to prepare turkish dishes (eg. Lahmacuns and Pides)
-Administrative roles and able to control the manpower the shop
- Ad hoc duties
- Able to handle customers' feedbacks
- Friendly and amiable
- Track overall performance of staffs and welfare
- Must be able to handle fast work pace and demanding customers requests.
