Job Scope :
- Review tender and contract documents, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and request quotes from OEMs and subcontractors.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor and subcontractor proposals.
- Identify opportunities and risks in the tender process.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, including cost summaries and risk assessments.
- Respond to inquiries and follow-up requests for clarification.
- Develop and finalize contract specifications with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Analyze market data and explore new opportunities and clients.
