Job Scope :
- Set up and maintain all quality control systems, including SOP, OI, SPC, DOE, PCP, FMEA, OCAP, FDC, RMS, ECMS, 8D, RCA, DMAIC, and PDCA.
- Ensure all processes and equipment operate within control limits, and establish corrective and preventive maintenance procedures for all tools.
- Implement the TPM program within the module to ensure high tool availability and optimal throughput.
- Maximize equipment and resource utilization, regularly reviewing OEE management methods to minimize tool downtime and increase throughput.
- Oversee the development and training of Module Engineers and AEs.
Job Requirement:
