Admin Assistant

Responsible for the majority of administrative duties in the company and managing the day-to-day operations of the office and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Provide clerical support to the business operation; organize and maintaining files and records.


Job Responsibilities

  • Retrieve requests from all outlets and/or relevant departments and print the barcodes
  • Collect dispatch and distribute to the respective departments
  • Receive, sort and distribute the incoming letters to respective departments
  • File Pet Sales Contract, Puppy Stock Count & Retail Branch Daily Checklist Forms
  • Handle queries from managers and employees
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Any other duties as assigned related to your role

Requirements:

  • At least 1 to 2 year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good communications skills and the ability to work well with people
  • Customer-oriented, well-organised, meticulous with problem solving skills
  • High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team player; ability to work well with employees at all levels
  • A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful
