EVENTS MANAGER (EVENTS & INSTALLATIONS)

We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Events Team. You can expect to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with many opportunities for learning new skillsets and expanding your network.


Responsibilities:


Events Management

  • Manages Events proposal and Client Servicing
  • Prepare proposal and Quotations
  • Conceptualise and propose ideas to make meaningful contribution to discussions
  • Ability to source for suitable vendors and put forth good recommendations
  • Ability to sketch ideas and knowledge of simple graphic skills will be a bonus

Installations

  • In charge of overall Events and/or large format print installation works at the project site
  • Intermediate understanding of structural installations including recommending usage of Materials and problem solving skills
  • Evaluate and select suppliers, do site recee, inspect and approve contractors’ work
  • Knowledge of WSH a bonus


Job Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of Events Management experience
  • Ability to multitask with good time management skills
  • Self motivated and a team player
  • Meticulous & Organised
  • Resourceful & Consistent


This is an on-site position. Candidates looking for hybrid or WFH positions need not apply.


Remuneration will commensurate with candidate's working experience and qualification.
