Job Responsibilities:
- Greet & Receive Guests / Walk in Customers
- Answer, filter and redirect incoming calls
- Receive and disseminate mails / parcels to the relevant staffs
- Assist on office administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
- Assist to supervise office cleaner to ensure the office premise cleanliness and hygiene
Job Requirements:
- Friendly, polite, bubbly and positive attitude
- Possess good phone call answering skill
- Have adequate Microsoft office skill
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work on alternate Saturday (1/2day)
