Position: Project Manager (Facilities)

- Plan, execute, and manage facilities projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff, contractors, and the operations team.
- Ensure all work complies with quality and safety requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Project Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in facilities management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) and Conditions of Contract (CoC) terms and conditions, specifically for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works.
- Full membership with the Society of Project Managers Singapore or equivalent professional qualifications.
