Position: Quality Executive (Facilities)
Location: North-East
Salary: Up to $4500
Time: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.45pm
Job Description:
- Support Quality Management: Assist in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities for assigned programs.
- Conduct Audits: Perform regular, independent QA and QC audits on completed work and services for designated programs.
- Prepare Reports: Create and submit timely audit reports based on documentation reviews and on-site inspections.
- Manage Corrective Actions: Track and ensure the closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) identified in audit reports, bringing attention to any significant issues or trends that require prompt action.
- Support External Audits: Assist with external audits to meet contract requirements.
- Liaise with QA Manager: Report directly to the QA Manager on all quality management, assurance, and control matters.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / WSH or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Facilities Management, Quality Management System, ISO and WSH.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Detail-oriented individual.
- Able to work on weekends if there are Work Exigencies.
