Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and creative designer with a strong portfolio in mobile game advertising. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating both video and image-based ad creatives that resonate with audiences in target markets. You will work closely with our growth marketing team to develop high-impact creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement across multiple advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality video and image creatives for mobile game advertisements, optimized for platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Collaborate closely with growth marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visual assets.
- Develop culturally relevant and region-specific ad creatives tailored to the preferences and behaviors of users in target markets.
- Experiment with various creative approaches, including A/B testing, to continuously improve performance and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Stay current with game marketing and social media trends and implement them in our creative performance asset to ensure our creatives are effective.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall strategy for user growth and LTV optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven at least 3-5 years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both video and image creatives, particularly in mobile gaming or digital advertising.
- Experience creating ads for various platforms, including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with the cultural nuances and user preferences in LATAM and Southeast Asian countries is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and the ability to create engaging content for different gaming genres.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams.
- Basic animation skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
