Responsibilities
- Maintain and Monitor Accounts Payable records
- Anaylse and reconcile accounts payable balances
- Prepare accounts consolidation report
- Liaise with external auditors on accounts payable functions
- Daily monitoring performances and feedback in quaterly governance meeting
- Generate business unit monthly AP report and attend to purchase queries
- Daily monitoring for associates performance and attend governance meeting.
- Monitor Cash Flow (Banks) & transact order for forex requirement for monthly payments.
- Monthly and Budget Cashflow.
- Any other assignment given by superior
Requirement
- Min Diploma in accounting
- MS words and Excel
- Diligent and strong attention to details
- Strong sense of self-control, intergrity and fair play
- Handle work independently
