Job Responsibilities:
A. Digital Banking Project Management
• Define detailed functional and technical requirements involving digital banking channels, SMS services and core banking systems.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams including Head Office, Operation and other departments to define requirements.
• Consult with business users to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
• Analyze the feasibility and develop requirements for systems and provide enhancements to existing systems. Ensures the functional design fits the needs of the users.
• Assist the project team in issue resolutions to meet the requirements and timelines.
• Define the training materials, conduct formal system and user training sessions as well as facilitate train-the-trainer approach.
B. Transaction Monitoring
• Develop, review and implement Transaction Monitoring framework and strategies for online and mobile banking transactions
• Ensure efficient identification and monitoring of suspicious activities and transactions, and timely escalation to respective parties where appropriate.
• Ensure timely reporting of suspicious transactions to the authorities.
• Participate and assist in transaction surveillance projects and undertake other adhoc duties as and when required, eg provide statistics and ensure accuracy of data, extract of documents for audit review.
C. Driving Usage of Digital Channels
• Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy to drive downloads and usage of the Bank of China Mobile Banking app
• Launch of Marketing Campaigns to drive New product/Service launches
• Ongoing Marketing activities to drive customer awareness and usage of day-to-day banking products and services.
• Be able to address business problems with concrete data insights.
• Be able to grow the overall user base as a result of the experiments and campaigns designed around the insights.
Job requirement:
1. Education:Degree and above
2. More than 3 years and above working experience in Retail Banking.Experienced in we-based application design in financial services, online payments or e-commerce is preferred.
3.Experienced in digital marketing, content management, website management, social media management.
4. Ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs and manage multiple projects requirements.
5. Competency: Oral and written communication in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speanking customers or Headoffice.
