Role Summary
This position will be responsible for all aspects of Order Management System and its integration. Drive & Manage Projects, New Developments, Change Management, Partner Management, Partner Integration and L-3 Support. Ensure compliance and governance in all aspects of project management.
The role requires the individual to work closely with all teams (IT & Digital Teams, Key Business Users, Data & Analytics), E-Commerce Platform Solution Provider, Marketplaces Teams, to ensure E-Commerce platform and fulfillment are running and delivering to their full capability as per agreement.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Own the project implementation with regional and country business owner across client markets in NA & SAPMENA.
- Enable and drive E-Commerce Project.
- Work with all key stakeholders to ensure project compliance & delivery.
- IT Operations:
- Collaborate with Run team to ensure support model is strong and enhanced to meet the business requirement for sustainable system operations and run.
- Ensure risk mitigation and controls in place.
- Act as the IT liaison to lead communications with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Perform business servicing by collecting and translating business needs in E-Commerce/OMS (Order Management System) area into system requirements.
- Proactively explore opportunities to optimize, processes and E-Commerce/OMS platforms, integration layers, and other bolt on systems.
- Ability to understand & manage marketplace interactions – Exposure and experience to platforms like Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop, Kakao, Naver etc. is an added advantage.
- Understand technology platforms and integrations in detail – Platforms and systems used in client, E-Commerce Partner and Market Places.
- Work with SAP teams, digital teams and key users, business leads, to align and manage new developments, enhancements & systems optimization.
- Identification of technology risks, process risk (any risk) – Propose communication and development of “best practice” solutions, and implementation of mitigating controls consistent with company strategy.
- Ensure compliance & SOP around High Availability, and optimized system performance.
- Dedication to compliance as reflected in comprehensive policy, standard, and procedure development and implementation – Ensure Compliance as per Internal Control guidelines; System Audits and Systems Compliance.
- Ensure a healthy balance between real World risks and the business need for speed, agility, flexibility & performance.
- Functional Documentation and Change Management to be well controlled – Ability to present data, relevant content (presentations) on respective subject.
- Drive some O+O (Offline + Online) initiatives and uses cases among retail & digital solution for E-commerce.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in E-Commerce environment and exposure to E-Commerce platforms.
- Overall 6-10 years’ experience in Tech Operations/Supply Chan experience in Retail or Cosmetics industry with exposure on eCommerce.
- Proven experience in leading and driving projects. Turnkey projects in D2C, B2B, Supply Chain domain.
- Complete understanding & working knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) process – Stock reconciliations, Stock valuations.
- Project Management Skills: Understanding and experience of Agile Project Management Methodology.
- Understanding of Stock Movement Types and its implications w.r.t valuation and systems flows.
- IT, Project management certifications are an added advantage.
- Understanding of ecommerce & Marketplace platforms (any) & process flows: Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop etc.
- PMI Certification on Project Management an added advantage.
