JOB DESCRIPTION
An established global investment company within property industry is looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for full sets of accounts, monthly closing, preparing journal entries schedule, prepare intercompany balances, perform intercompany checks and reconciliations, bank reconciliations, preparing Trial Balance, preparing and reviewing financial statement for entities, and liaisng with auditors and tax agents.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Previous experience in auditing and consolidation is a must have
- Experience with property/REIT industry is an advantage
- Experience with supervising or mentoring junior team member
- Having experience with SAP/JDE/Hyperion is good to have, especially SAP S4 HANA
