Head of Operations, APAC

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as Head of Operations, APAC. You will manage client relationships, support clients, onboard new clients and majorly work towards the business growth in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve the company’s long-term goals in the APAC region.

● Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities within the APAC region.

● Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational goals and optimise

performance.

● Leverage technology to enhance operational capabilities and support business growth.

● Serve as the EIDA subject matter expert on EIDA capabilities and functionality.

● Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) to support overall business objectives.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

● Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

● Foster a culture of innovation to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

● Develop and implement strategies to scale operations in line with business growth.

Requirements:

● Have a recognised 3rd level qualification in a related field.

● MBA/Masters or a relevant advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable.

● Minimum 5 years of EIDA software Experience mandatory.

● Proven track record of success in senior roles, including multi-country operations.

● Excellent grasp of the English language.

● Experience in client relationship management in the Asia Pacific market.

● Professional, positive, proactive, quality-focused attitude.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

● Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

● Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

● Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

● Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region as needed to manage operations and meet with clients and teams.

● Strong customer orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
