Within the scope of Elevandi’s activities includes Greenprint ("Gprnt"), a digital platform that harnesses technology to simplify how the financial sector and real economy collect, access and act upon environmental, social and governance (ESG) data to support their sustainability initiatives. Backed by the MAS, Gprnt offers an enhanced digital reporting solution for both large businesses and small and medium enterprises to seamlessly report and assess their ESG information.
Gprnt is spearheading the world towards a greener and more sustainable economy and society, with the vision to be the world’s key destination for granular, comparable and verified ESG data, delivered via an open data platform at scale with an embedded value-added services marketplace.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead the HR and Administration functions across both Elevandi and Gprnt.
Job Description
HR Functions
- Provide and support the full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management, HR Policies & Procedures and all related activities.
- Ensure that all HR activities and standards are in compliance with relevant Acts, and statutory regulations, legal demands and ethical standards. Keep up to date with guidelines issued by TAFEP.
- Continually initiate, review and improve HR processes including employee reviews, employee surveys, etc.
- Ensure proper support given to line managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues and provide advice on HR policies and procedures and employee benefits programmes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture
Administration Functions
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
- Manage relationships with vendors, and outsourced service providers to ensure that service level agreements are maintained and services are provided as per agreed and all items are invoiced and paid on time in accordance with the procurement policy.
- Manage itineraries and bookings for business trips.
- Plan and support internal and external events.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably in the FinTech Industry
- Familiar with Singapore labour laws and Foreign Work Pass Regulations/Procedures
- Possess strong leadership skills, strategic HR planning abilities, and a proven track record in employee relations.
- Adept at handling confidential information discreetly.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-driven, positive, pro-active, highly motivated individual
- Service-oriented attitude with a good listening ear for all employees.
- Detailed and meticulous
- Ability to multi-task, plan, coordinate, and follow-up.
- Resourceful and creative in providing options and solutions.
- Proficient in the MS Office applications; Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Familiar with payroll, leave and expense claims software will be an advantage
- Prior start-up culture and experience is highly valued
