Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end project sales from enquiry to implementation.
- Prepare all relevant documentations, orders, schedules, presentations and mock-ups.
- Attend project sales meetings online and onsite.
- Coordinate between internal and external Clients, ensuring production and project completion is on schedule, investing and resolving issues if any.
- Build and expand Client database and present our Brand and products to B2B Clients in creative ways.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, website, and print.
- Maintain and up-keep of contents in Company website.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize work.
- Resourceful & able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Candidate with the following requirements will be advantageous (not a necessity):
- Experience in project sales management and B2B marketing.
Others:
- 5.5-day (alternate Saturday) work week.
- Training will be provided.
