Project Sales & Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end to end project sales from enquiry to implementation.
  • Prepare all relevant documentations, orders, schedules, presentations and mock-ups.
  • Attend project sales meetings online and onsite.
  • Coordinate between internal and external Clients, ensuring production and project completion is on schedule, investing and resolving issues if any.
  • Build and expand Client database and present our Brand and products to B2B Clients in creative ways.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, website, and print.
  • Maintain and up-keep of contents in Company website.


Requirements:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize work.
  • Resourceful & able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.


Candidate with the following requirements will be advantageous (not a necessity):

  • Experience in project sales management and B2B marketing.


Others:

  • 5.5-day (alternate Saturday) work week.
  • Training will be provided.
