Personal Assistant (Sales Support)

Itop Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and evaluate new business prospects and establish new client relationships.
  • Email and Whatsapp to reach out to potential clients.
  • Organize and attend sales meetings together with the Director.
  • Presentation to clients to introduce company profiles and services.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Respond to incoming email, whatsapp and phone enquiries.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the accounts team to ensure clients’ needs are met.
  • Attend industry events, conferences or seminars to network and advocate company's services

Requirements:-

  • Any qualification welcome
  • Prefer accounting and/or sales experience
  • Independent with good negotiable skills
  • Able to hold discussion with client
  • Able travel to client's office
