Job Description:
- Work with external parties and customers to oversee the assigned projects.
- Establish project objectives policies, procedures and performance standards to be in line with the company policy, contract specifications, and applicable laws & regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering staff to ensure compliance of work procedures, project scopes, scheduling and work sequence, safety plans, etc.
- Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties to facilitate proper project activities.
- Monitor and manage project site activities to ensure the completion of projects as per schedule and the work activities are within the projected budget.
- Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
- Able to manage an ELV project independently.
- Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of the assigned projects/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation.
- Ensure all the projects are completed within the timeline.
- Monitor, review and manage operation costs and responsible for financial performance of all the projects.
- Responsible for project management including attending all the meetings, coordination and site supervision works.
- Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry, especially the Building Management System and Extra Low Voltage System.
- A self-starter, able to work independently and with high level of ownership and responsibility.
- Resilience, entrepreneurship spirits, self-direction, and strong adaptability.
- Innovative thinking, thinking outside-the-box, resourceful and a good problem solver.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skill, able to conduct presentation to main contractors, consultants, and owners.
- Able to manage ELV and BMS projects independently.
- Must have relevant experience in one of the following ELV fields, Security, Access Control System
