- Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resource, you will also be part of our team’s Centre of Excellence – Talent Acquisition and Branding, to develop and implement initiatives to build and create greater mindshare for our Employer Brand and to support our talent acquisition efforts.
- You will facilitate discussions and decision-making on people matters through the insights derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools.
- You will also partner business units and be responsible in providing advisory on all strategic people matters to enable our business leaders achieve their business objectives; and management of our employees’ lifecycle, from attraction to offboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in business partnering, talent acquisition, or related field.
- Familiar with Employment Act
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors report centre and/or SAP Analytics Cloud, will be advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
