Marine Marketing Technician

Responsibilities

1. Assist superior to achieve set objectives
2. Liaise and communicate regularly with Distributors, and dealers. Market monthly reports to superior.
3. Strengthen Service Network (3S and Service Standard)
   - Continual education and training for distributors/dealers
   - Support Distributors in their service activities including onsite field service
   - Support workshop setup
   - Assist and follow up distributors’ product registration status
4. Technical Support for Distributors and Dealers
   - Support distributors and dealers for technical inquiries
   - MI (Market Information) processing
   - Prepare & issue Technical Bulletin for Dealers
5. Manage product registration and warranty administration
   - Management of distributors and dealers product registration
   - Warranty administration for dealers
6. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Qualifications

1. Diploma/ITC in Automotive/Mechanical/Marine engineering or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of experiences in Technical Service - Automotive/Marine Engineering
3. Microsoft Office-suite and interpersonal and social skills
4. Able to travel and passion in marine industry
