Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining and patching cloud application solutions that have been implemented by the client.
• Work closely with other application teams such as Amazon Connect, ServiceNow and Service Analytics Team to ensure that these deployed applications operate optimally and are patched with the latest patches to resolve any CVEs according to the client security policy requirements.
• Troubleshooting and investigation of any reported issues is also a requirements and resolution will be required to meet the client SLAs/KPIs.
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Computer Engineering or related discipline
• At least 4-5 years of relevant working experiences
• Familiar and be certified in AWS
• Knowledge of patching and cloud infra
• Eager to learn and pick up new cloud related skills.
