Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a PIC for all customer contact channels, such as general email inquiries, eCommerce platforms and phone calls
- Outbound Purchase Order processing, Stocks Inbound Return management
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment
- Prepare packing list for stock picking, delivery scheduling
- Monitoring account credit to issue invoice for customers’ orders
- Maintain customer account details, product master information, pricing, rebates, and others in the system
- Sales discount claims reconciliation and compilation for internal processing
- Create Credit/Debit memo request, return Sales Order creation and coordination, issue Credit/Debit memo for customer
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin/Marketing or relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- Knowledge in Excel and SAP skills
