Role Summary

  • Deep dive and map out the as-is CRM landscape along with its various frontend/downstream integrated systems for each market utilizing CRM in SAPMENA zone today.
  • Leveraging the already-implemented SPACE system in North Asia zone, design and build a similar CRM system for SAPMENA markets with the spirit of standardization, simplification, and scalability.
  • Rollout SPACE across all markets and brands currently on CPRV in the zone today, so as to decommission the older CRM system, through the usual software development lifecycle approach.


Main Responsibilities

  • Project and timeline management – own overall delivery timeline for different phases in the project lifecycle.
  1. Collaborate with different teams and workstreams to map out the group system landscape.
  2. Drive external vendors to explore and deliver solutions with alignment to requirements, ensuring quality and timeliness, whilst keeping to agreed scope.
  3. Organize and manage periodic steerco meetings.
  • Support Business Analysts in documenting as-is functionalities and integration landscape of current CRM system in SAPMENA.
  • Ensure business requirements gathering of SPACE is completed timely, and the deliverables of each phase of the project has been delivered.
  • Work with Business Analysts to translate functional specification and business requirements into user stories in the product backlog, ensuring there are clearly defined acceptance criteria signed off by business stakeholders.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
  • At least 4 -7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles such as BA or PM.
  • Has experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, mapping out as-is model and defining target operating models.
  • Experience running a project in Agile methodology and having a good understanding of the Scrum ways of working.
  • Has experience leading the entire or a specific phase of the SDLC, preferably the Discovery (planning / analysis), Design, Development phase of SDLC.
  • Experience managing and driving discussions with both Business & IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements/ issues and bring relevant stakeholders into discussions to drive solution.

Good to Have

  • ITIL certification and ServiceNow experience .
  • Agile and Scrum methodology.
  • Proven project management experience (PMI methodologies) with PMP qualification.
  • Knowledge of client business and IT processes.
