- Carrying out site measurements
- Manage costing and budgeting for on-going and tender projects
- Processing of payment claims and final accounts
- Perform liaison with client and main contractors
- Evaluate review terms and conditions of contracts
- Prepare and manage progress claims and Variation Order (V.O.) claims.
- Perform other duties as per assigned
