OVERVIEW & IMPACT:
Samsung Electronics Device Solution is a global leader in Memory Semiconductor technology. The Sales Manager for Memory Division will be responsible for supporting the sales activities related to our Key Customer Account by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for attaining revenue goals within market segment
· Handle RFQ and Pricing
· Manage all sales activity within market segment and region and be the center contact window to Major Account & Custimers for all issues.
· Responsible for representing customer requests and perspectives to production, operations, quality, and management personnel to plan and execute proper “customer first” support.
· Responsible for customer interaction and relationship management within own account base
· Perform market research and sensing, target corollary markets for revenue growth
· Prepare and attend weekly and monthly reports
· Relationship building with Key customers internal skateholders. ( HQ Team, Regional and US Sales Team)
· Work closely with their product managers and sales to ensure co prosperity.
Regular business review with partners.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Degree in Electronics/Electrical /Business Administration
· At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics industry
At least 3 years of track record in a Sales Management capacity
· Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
· Knowledgeable and excellent networking in semiconductor industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Business Development mind-set
