Our client, a leading MNC in equipment manufacturing industry looking for Senior Marketing Communication Executive to join the dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehension regional marketing communication plan aligned with business goals.
- Responsible for the development of creative communication materials, including press releases, social media content, website content and other marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and culturally appropriate for the target region.
- Take ownership of entire product lifecycle management, from new product announcement to start of sales to ensure the product meets customer needs and achieve market success.
- In charge of public relations planning and execution for new product launches.
- Manage relationships with social media influencers to develop data driven marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring brand alignment and adherence to guidelines.
- Lead cross functional team with regional members, fostering collaboration and adapt communication style to different audiences to ensure clear understanding of business goals.
- Ensure adherences to all company policies and procedures, including data security and compliance regulations.
- Compile marketing reports, campaign results and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 7 years of working experience in consumer industry, and 4 years in MNC environment.
- Experience in intercultural communication and building rapport with diverse teams.
- Excellent presentation and multi-tasking skill with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with regional team.
