Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance and support to end-users either remotely or on-site.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
- Performing regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security checks.
- Documenting technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Setting up and configuring new equipment and software for users
- Maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Ensuring compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Any other adhoc duty as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Prefer IT education background
- Without experience may apply as training will be provided
- Singaporean Only
