Responsibilities:
Project Operations:
- Plan, organize, direct, control, schedule, and manage project processes and operations for the outsourcing projects
- Anticipate changes that may affect the program processes and propose solutions and follow-up actions for the client
- Constantly communicate and engage with relevant stakeholders; not limited to candidates and clients
- Assist candidates in rostering, operation, timesheet, and system-related queries
Recruitment Activities:
- Post advertisements on job portals to attract applicants and continuously build candidates data pool for role fulfilment
- Shortlist the candidates based on hiring requirements by deliberating on candidates’ pull and push factors
- Maintain proper documentation of candidate records and results for any follow-up action
- Conduct mass briefings for shortlisted candidates and their understanding of their roles and responsibilities
- Follow up and ensure we maintain all candidates’ medical clearance, vaccination records, and any other necessary documents for contract signing
Deployment of Duties:
- Conduct strategic deployment of candidates to clients on a yearly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis in accordance to clients' requirements and guidelines
- Fulfill all the operation needs for clients in finding backfill candidates and handling of ad-hoc labour requirements from clients
- Real-time communication with stakeholders on the status of manpower request
Payroll Admin:
- Collect, input, and organize contractors’ timesheets and related documents for internal processing according to schedules
- Document all information in an orderly manner, for ease of provision of data to internal & external stakeholders
Reporting and Communication with Stakeholders:
- Consolidate month-end timesheets and reports for Consultants/Payroll for handling
- Discuss with consultants from time to time on current and upcoming project matters
- Provide timely response to stakeholders and consultants’ queries
- Any other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor and Business Leader
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) is compulsory
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
