Location: (Boon Lay/Bukit Timah)
Salary: Up to $2800
Job Descriptions:
- Issue and Recall of Gauges and Measuring Instruments and Test Equipment (MITE) to users (Jalan Boon Lay / Bukit Timah / Suppliers) upon request
- Prepare and Coordinate MITE for calibration by agencies
- Prepare Documentation for Non-conforming MITE for disposition by the user,
- Monitor the Inventory Stock and put up Purchase Requisitions for new / repair MITE
- Implement a fully integrated Gauge Control System and transition from manual to digital control.
- Operate, Clean and Maintenance of all Gauges, MITE, Tools and Fixtures,
- Operating of QA measuring instrumentation and equipment for inspection
- Labelling, Packing and Palletizing of MITE and parts etc.
- Handling/ Shifting of Parts/ Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment (Pallet Jacks, Trolley, etc.)
- Complying with Company Policies, Security Regulations and EHS Regulations
- Carry out Recording, Inspections and Documentation
- Other General/administrative task as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- ITE Technical Diploma / Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering
- At least 1 year working experience as Gauge technician or related
- Willing to travel
