A Market Leader with retail and investment footprints in Asia Pacific. Due to business needs, we are seeking committed professional to join the team as Training Executive!
Budget for this role: S$5000
Responsible for developing, organizing, and conducting relevant training programs to meet the company’s business needs. This includes identifying new learning needs of retail staff and developing/updating On-the-Job and Standard Operating Procedure manuals.
Responsibilities:
- Review and update in-house training materials regularly to stay relevant to the everchanging retail landscape
- Perform regular shop visits, monitor Mystery Shopper Programme results and customers’ feedback to track training effectiveness
- Plan and conduct competency-based assessments for retail staff as well as administration of staff training records
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Retail Management or other relevant discipline, preferably with Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment/ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance
- At least 2 years of training experience in retail, hospitality, or any other service industry
- Able to design, develop and conduct classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training programmes
- Familiar with the concepts and guidelines of Total Company Training Plan
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for staff development
