Major Accountabilities
- Ensure GMP/ GDP compliance, HSE, Quality and Alcon Corporate policy compliance maintained.
- Support, initiate and execute improvement project in HSE, 5S and MTSU operation processes.
- Resolve low yield, defect issues related to PP molds, inserts and tool plates.
- Execution of MTSU tasks. Example;- PP molds and inserts inspection/ measurement, Inserts and Tool plates set up/ cleaning, Data collection/ monitoring/ reporting & documentation, Equipment operation/ maintenance/ calibration.
- Support molding machine vendor during PM, calibration and troubleshooting.
REQUIREMENT
- Nitec in any field or Diploma in Engineering
- Preferably 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
- Comfortable to be based in Tuas (Transport provided from Kranji and Boon Lay MRT)
