Job Title: Preschool Admin Executive
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
- Manage enrolment processes, including registration and withdrawal of children.
- Prepare and maintain student records, including personal details, health information, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Handle communication with parents and guardians, including distributing newsletters, updates, and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly reports and submissions to relevant Government Agencies (e.g., ECDA) and the Head Office.
- Maintain and update the preschool's filing system and database management.
- Handle scheduling and coordination for meetings, events, parent-teacher conferences, and school activities.
- Manage invoicing, fee collection, and other payments.
- Issue receipts, track payment status, and follow up on outstanding fees.
- Handle petty cash disbursements and maintain accurate records of expenses.
- Manage procurement processes, including submitting purchase orders for supplies, uniforms, and teaching materials.
- Monitor the upkeep of school facilities and equipment (e.g., copier machines, computers, telephones).
Qualifications (Required):
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
Preferably, prior experience in an administrative role
