Job Description
- Global Supply Chain Management: Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution, ensuring seamless operations across international borders
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and vendors Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information in the ERP system and purchasing documentations
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, geopolitical issues, and currency fluctuations
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in supply chain & procurement management, with managerial experience is a plus point
- Experience in the EMS/ electronics/ Semiconductor manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, including experience managing supply chains across multiple countries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively with international partners
