- Review and process the reports, ensuring they are directed to the correct team.
- Screen machines in the computerized system to check for prior records (IDs) based on date, time, and location.
- Create new IDs if no prior record exists by entering details into the system.
- Retrieve and input machine's owners details into the system when not provided in the reports.
- Ensure accurate tagging to involved machines.
- Submit the completed IDs with all relevant information in the computerized system.
- Send interim replies to involved parties.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 O level including English
- Basic Computer Skill
- Candidate need to meticulous with data entry.
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
- Working Location will be in the East.
