Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to identify sales opportunities
- Conduct research on potential customers and their industries to better understand their needs and to pitch accordingly
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and budget
- Set up appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified prospects
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate with prospects and customers
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and consistent manner to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel
- Keep track of all leads and opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on our competitor's services
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities
Requirements:
- Preferred Fresher to 1+ Yrs of experience
- Understanding of sales in the construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales
- Bachelor's degree in ACE/ Construction or related field preferred
