Admin cum Account Assistant

Job Description & Requirements
  • Halal Certified Central Kitchen
  • Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support (Data Entry, Filing, Photocopying & etc.)
  • Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices.
  • Assist Admin & Accounting department
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director.
  • Minimum “O” Level, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred to have Halal Certification
  • Possess strong initiative, meticulous with an eye for detail, good organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Permanent Full time / Part time (5 days/week)
