Job Description & Requirements
- Halal Certified Central Kitchen
- Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support (Data Entry, Filing, Photocopying & etc.)
- Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices.
- Assist Admin & Accounting department
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director.
- Minimum “O” Level, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Preferred to have Halal Certification
- Possess strong initiative, meticulous with an eye for detail, good organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Permanent Full time / Part time (5 days/week)
