Job Descriptions:
Project Manager:
- Lead and manage painting projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure project quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or management in the painting industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Possess own transport
