Job Description:
- To receive inquiries, take note of the caller’s particulars such as name, position, Company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
- To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
- To maintain and upkeep the filing system and Navison software on all aspects of waste information.
- To assist Customer Service TEAM to ensure daily operational in the team.
- To update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
- To coordinate with the various departments, i.e. logistic and operations dept to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
Job Requirement:
- ITE holder and above
- At least one year Customer Service experience (MUST)
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
Remuneration Package:
- Working hours : Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)
- Company Transport / Transport Allowance if candidate travel to work by him/herself
