Responsibilities:
· Working with customer/suppliers/drivers and other traffic desks, planning routes and scheduling delivery times to ensure the smooth running of material collections and or delivery.
· Organise and maintain systematic filing to meet regulatory requirements for the department.
· Maintain and upkeep good rapport with all customers.
· Work along with Customer Service Manager for local incoming/outgoing deliveries.
· Coordinate, prepare and ensure accurate material batching for outgoing sea/air shipments.
· Organising material on site for different handling requirements, such as storage, external processing or disposal
Requirements:
· ITE / Diploma with at least 2 years of industrial experience in logistic and operation handling
· Computer literate (Ms Office)
· Able to work independently, have a good attitude and willing to learn and take on duties as assigned
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
· Flexible and ability to adapt to changes
Remuneration:
· Entitled Overtime
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Sat (8am – 12pm)
· Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport
