People Analytics Specialist

As a member of the People Analytics team at PropertyGuru, you will play a crucial role in leveraging the power of people data across geographies to drive informed and influential business decisions. Your responsibilities will revolve around gathering, analyzing, and visualizing HR metrics that provide valuable insights for our organization. Working collaboratively with your colleagues in HR, you will be at the forefront of delivering data-driven solutions.


Your key responsibilities include preparing regular HR reports covering essential metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, and diversity. Using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, you'll transform complex data into easily understandable visualizations for stakeholders. Furthermore, you'll actively support the execution of people data requests, ensuring that data integrity is maintained through continuous monitoring and cleaning efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively as part of People Analytics team to use people data to inform and influence the business decisions at PropertyGuru.
  • Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, and diversity.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to meet reporting deadlines and address specific data requests.
  • Create data visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to make complex data more accessible and understandable for stakeholders.
  • Support execution of people data requests, from requirement gathering, to ideation to solution implementation.
  • Ensure data integrity by monitoring data quality and cleaning, as needed.


Requirement


  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
  • Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive and confidential data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
