Your responsibilities will revolve around gathering, analyzing, and visualizing HR metrics that provide valuable insights for our organization. Working collaboratively with your colleagues in HR, you will be at the forefront of delivering data-driven solutions.
Your key responsibilities include preparing regular HR reports covering essential metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, and diversity. Using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, you'll transform complex data into easily understandable visualizations for stakeholders. Furthermore, you'll actively support the execution of people data requests, ensuring that data integrity is maintained through continuous monitoring and cleaning efforts.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
