As an Application Software Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their enterprise systems. You will be responsible for developing and administering enterprise systems, providing efficient user support, and contributing to successful implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow and Automation:
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions to streamline operations.
- Configure and maintain automation tools
Enterprise Systems: Develop and administer enterprise systems to support business operations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise applications. Provide technical support to end-users.
User Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide efficient technical assistance. Diagnose and resolve software issues. Escalate complex problems to vendors.
Application Testing: Conduct thorough testing of pre-release applications, software, and tools. Identify and report defects and issues.
Project Implementation: Contribute to successful implementation projects, including planning, testing, and go-live support. Collaborate with vendors on project planning, application testing, and system upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and implementation.
- Proven expertise in deploying workflow and automation solutions.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL
