Responsibilities
Designer - 2 years contract with full benefits (1 position), perm role (1 position), total 2 positions avaliable
- Generate engineering plans/schemes for implementation of duct and optical fibre network existing/new residential and non-residential buildings.
- Create project drawings for implementation to facilitate network rollout.
- Ensure engineering planning records are updated.
- Update of engineering data in system.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Non-Residential - permanent role, based Bedok, coordinating skill is preferred, 1 position
- Manage the site survey and installation.
- Monitor the works progress, ensure timely and accurate updates of works status in the BOSS.
- Provide timely, accurate and quality of works progress updates to Requesting Licensees through the person in-charge in Order Management
- Monitor the contractors’ performance on site survey and installation (contractor’s punctuality, customer feedback, etc).
- Liaise with Building Management/End-User/Contractor on site survey appointment, submission of site survey reports, installation appointment and submission of installation document
- Liaise with contractors, Requesting Licensees, 3rd party vendors and internal IT Team to resolve technical problems encountered during order provisioning on site survey/installation matters
- Attend on-site joint investigation with Requesting Licensee and contractors where necessary
- Ensure materials vouchers are issued well in advance and forecast quantity of materials required
- Check installation document upon completion by contractors and closed orders
- Verify invoices submitted by contractors and process payment vouchers
- Handle escalations, complaint cases, dispute cases and VIP orders with care to maintain good customer experiences
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
GIS - 1 year contract with full benefits, 1 position
- Provide application support for GIS and GIS-related applications e.g., GE Small World, Hexagon G/Technology, Manhole Booking Systems (MBS), Plant Route Plan (PRP), Notification for Commencement of Earthworks (NCE), etc, including data rectification, data synchronization, and incident resolution.
- Monitor and respond to all system alerts and provide daily technical support in terms of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
- Perform incident investigation and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem resolution, ensuring high availability of applications users.
- Perform any administrative tasks associated with GIS and GIS-related applications, such as user account management, log reviews, etc.
- Monitor incident and problem tickets and provide appropriate resolutions on a timely basis.
- Support all internal and external audits for GIS and GIS-related applications.
- Adhere to standard IT service delivery processes in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
- Document and update application configuration and architecture diagrams.
- Work with internal and external parties on technical solutions and solution implementations.
- Manage mini projects / Change Requests and ensure successful implementation by performing regular progress/performance monitoring.
- Ensure that all requirements are captured and work with vendor on the User Acceptance Tests specifications.
- Attend to any other reasonable duties as assigned by the GIS Manager and IT Director
OSS/BSS/Entreprise - 1 year contract with full benefits, 4 positions
- Provide application support for all users on Enterprise and OSS/BSS applications (e.g., Remedy, Service Web Portal, Corporate Portal, Payment Portal, etc). This includes application software configuration, programming, enhancement, and testing based on changing business requirements.
- Work with internal and external parties on technical solutions and solution implementations.
- Manage mini projects and ensure successful implementation by performing regular progress/performance monitoring.
- Ensure that all requirements are captured and work with vendor on the User Acceptance Tests specifications.
- Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Provide support to audit exercises around OSS/BSS applications, the associated interfaces and work with stakeholders to address audit findings.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or IT HOD.
Engineering Officer - 2 years contarct with full benefits, class 3 needed, no exp is welcome, 1 position
- Track that all installation appointments and work orders are fulfilled and delivered on time
- Monitor and ensure that all fault tickets are resolved timely and meet performance, availability and QoS. Prepare monthly performance indicator reports according to the framework.

- Perform in-depth trouble-shooting of faults with using OTDR, GPON meter and power meter/light source.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of statistics through system analytics on fault tickets to identify root cause of fault trends and potential network problems.
- Conduct joint on-site testing and verification tests with QP/RL and RSP personnel to determine root cause of fault and resolution.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of on-going works to ensure that contractors adhere to established work procedures such as end-to-end testing, installation standards and safety work processes
- To supervise staff and contractors to complete projects (if required).
- Any other duties as per assigned.
Requirements
- Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or any relevant study
- A good team player and quick learning, goal oriented individual.
- No experience is welcome as on-job training will be provided, more experience will be consider for senior positions
- East, Mon to Fri, 830am to 6pm
