Job Description:
Preparation of tender documents,cost planning,budget estimates,submission of progress claim
Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations ,pricing and agreement of contract variations
Compare contract drawing & construction drawing to submit variation order work
Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors'progress claims
Advise on tendering procedures and contractual arrangements
Use of AutoCAD would be an advantage
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably senior executive speciallzed in engineering-Mechanical/automotive or equivalent
