Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate Asia hub academy with country trainer
- Manage and provide training for engineering software for HVAC system design and analysis
- Makes localized academy training materials referring to HQ training materials
- Provide training to Asia academy trainers in each country
- Manage training agenda and schedule of each country academy
- Prepare and host annual Asia Academy and SVC forum
- Regularly visit each subsidiary’s academy to check status and support solving issues
- Manage the customer DB and send invitation letter for training and technical bulletin etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial air conditioner industry
- Exceptional organizational, inter-personal, project management & communication skills
- Ability to drive projects to completion
- Must be technically adept and able to understand subject matter
- Results driven, action oriented individual that is accountable for the success of project delivery and launch
- Prefer to have Proficiency in speaking English or Korean
- Prefer to have Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis software
