Our client, a charitable organisation providing services to the elderly located at the South West-Central region, is looking for an experienced HR Senior Executive or Assistant Manager Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services including, but not limited to, staff benefits administration
- Provide advice, guidance, coaching and counselling to business managers to effectively meet business goals
- Coordinate and execute HR activities including, but not limited to, annual remuneration review, performance management review and employee wellness
- Manage the employee lifecycle that includes preboarding, onboarding and offboarding
- Managing WICA and group insurances
- Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/renewal/ cancellation
- Payroll administration and ensure timely submission of CPF and Income Tax
- Government survey submissions
- Ensure quality data management of HR records, and information in personnel files and HRIS, following company policies, labour regulations, and audit guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Generalist with 5-8 years’ experience in HR operations
- Hands-on experience in HRMS – e-Frontier is an added advantage
