Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager

Our client, a charitable organisation providing services to the elderly located at the South West-Central region, is looking for an experienced HR Senior Executive or Assistant Manager Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services including, but not limited to, staff benefits administration
  • Provide advice, guidance, coaching and counselling to business managers to effectively meet business goals
  • Coordinate and execute HR activities including, but not limited to, annual remuneration review, performance management review and employee wellness
  • Manage the employee lifecycle that includes preboarding, onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing WICA and group insurances
  • Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/renewal/ cancellation
  • Payroll administration and ensure timely submission of CPF and Income Tax
  • Government survey submissions
  • Ensure quality data management of HR records, and information in personnel files and HRIS, following company policies, labour regulations, and audit guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Generalist with 5-8 years’ experience in HR operations
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS – e-Frontier is an added advantage
