- Oversee the Deal Assignment process in APAC and collaborate with local Fulfilment Managers to meet SLA
- Collaborate with the Regional Implementation Manager to assign resources for multi-country projects
- Manage E-Banking Maintenance for APAC Region and ensure timely & accurate turnaround of the E-Banking Maintenance requests
- Manage delivery of service by the offshore delivery Centre and ensure SLAs are met for timely turnaround time for E-Banking & Deal Assignment
- Handle escalations and issues by coordinating with stakeholders and the offshore team
skills and experience required
- > 5 years of experience in Banking Operations
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effectively managing stakeholders across the APAC region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
