Overview
An Administrative Assistant to the Head of Project Management typically plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of project management activities. This position involves a blend of administrative, coordination, and problem-solving tasks.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will also requires to collaborates closely with other team members and respective stakeholder.
Responsibilities:
1) Documentation Support and Problem-Solving:
- Prepare and organize all project-related documentation.
- Address day-to-day challenges that arise during execution.
- Collaborate with team members to find practical solutions.
2) Process Improvement and Client Service Enhancement:
- Provide valuable input for streamlining procedures.
- Strive for high-quality client service by proactively identifying areas for improvement.
3) Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data and records for various departments.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries for management, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, updating and refining as needed.
Requirements:
· Min 3 years of working experience in administrative support field.
· Contract management support experience and documentation process.
· Vendor management. Calendar management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software, excel, word, PowerPoint and others.
Working Hours
Full-Time.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day.
Work location: TPY
