Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- CyberArk Privileged Cloud Management: Serve as an individual contributor for the SaaS-based CyberArk Privileged Cloud 12.6, hosted on AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring secure and efficient operations within the organization's cybersecurity framework.
- Cloud Migration and Cybersecurity Upgrades: Lead efforts to migrate existing on-premises services to the cloud, in collaboration with the CyberArk vendor, while upgrading connector machines from 12.6 to 13.1 following SaaS security bulletin guidelines.
- Cybersecurity Configuration: Configure and customize CyberArk PSM/PSMP for secure target system access protocols, such as SSH, RDP, and Telnet. Install and configure Conjur containers, handle seed file management, and perform certificate imports on master, standby, and follower servers to enhance cybersecurity.
- Remote Access Security: Implement CyberArk's Alero solution for secure remote vendor access management, reinforcing the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
- Product Feedback and Cybersecurity Improvements: Collaborate with CyberArk product teams to provide feedback and suggestcybersecurity improvements based on Telemetry report data, enhancing the overall security of the CyberArk environment.
- Custom Reporting and Cybersecurity Analysis: Develop and maintain custom reports for PAS Reporter as per client requirements, providing detailed cybersecurity insights.
- Integration with Cybersecurity Tools: Work with CyberArk vendors to integrate CyberArk Privileged Cloud 12.6 with Splunk and other cybersecurity tools, such as OKTA SAML MFA, to enhance monitoring and access control.
- User Authentication and Session Management: Manage user authentication and session management using CyberArk Identity, ensuring secure and compliant access to privileged systems.
- Collaboration on Cybersecurity Policies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop least privilege access policies and entitlements for cloud assets, reinforcing the organization’s overall cybersecurity strategy
What you'll need to succeed
· Minimum of 8 plus years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on privileged access management and hands-on experience with CyberArk solutions.
· Deep knowledge of CyberArk PAS components and their integration within a cybersecurity framework.
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security implications in CyberArk deployments.
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and compliance.
· Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for cybersecurity tasks.
· Certifications: Highly preferable to have one of these certifications:
o CyberArk Certified Trustee (CAU301)
o CyberArk Defender (CAU302),
o OR any other relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc.
· Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a cybersecurity context.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on cybersecurity collaboration.
o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
